Deserts Table at Wedding

Looking at the set menus provided by the wedding planner, I noticed that the set menus had about 4 or 5 different deserts. I know that if they were placed on a table, there are people who would go and eat one of each when in fact, all the deserts are meant to feed a 100 people in total. I told my wedding planner that I would prefer to limit the deserts to two choices so that people had a choice between the two and do not go picking one of each and then the last ones in the buffet line would have no desert left. I actually know someone who would do exactly that. At the last wedding we attended, he was shouted at by the cook because he was asking for more on the first trip up the buffet table.

Then I got another idea to provide the desert myself. I havent asked my wedding planner about that but they allowed us to provide our own drinks so not sure if they allow us to outsource the deserts as long as we fulfill the minimum charge for that day.

If we are allowed to bring our own deserts, I was thinking of a seperate table like this one:

This way, i could provide a range of sweets and deserts. I was thinking of Indian sweets to reflect my Indian background and also to match with the colour scheme of the wedding. These are the sweets I considered:
