Other people’s weddings

Last night, I got back in touch with a old school friend and we had a wonderful time comparing notes about weddings. Its crazy to think that 7 years ago, we were both fresh out of high school and now we are both doing law and married!

Here are some photos from her facebook of her wedding and some others. I thought someone could get inspiration from these photos.

I love how that silk cloth makes the centre piece so beautiful. I think I might use that idea actually.

I know most people stress out about wedding favours and by donating to charity, it makes a wonderful alternative.

Their table plan is so unique and colourful. I dont think I’ll be inviting 200 guests but this is a good plan if you are inviting a lot of guests.

I really like the use of the laterns, they look so pretty even during the day. We’re thinking of getting some laterns as well. The only problem is that we would need to keep them in a horizontal position or else they all flop into the middle. Its a problem for ours when we have tents.

I thought this table decoration was really crazy! WHO DOES THIS????

and finally, another desert table (well technically sweets table) which was a hit at the wedding!
