Origami flowers and decorations

I’ve just seen on another blog that a bride used origami flowers. I think they’d be a great alternative to the flower petals but then again, not sure if you want to be stepping on something hard!!!

Or perhaps you could have them in a garden if you are taking the photos. They look lovely and so simple to make. Im sure I can find something on youtube that teaches me how to make them. Im rubbish at these things so maybe I’ll get my fiance to make them. Men are good at DIYs.. hehe.

This past weekend, I spoke to a friend of my fiance who got married recently. She said that she made her own invitations with origami hearts stuck at the front. I cant believe she made 200 of them! She said that its not that difficult, she usually had the television on and just made them after dinner every day. Perhaps some brides are taking note?
