Green goes with…
My best friend asked me “When did green become your favourite colour?” because I told her that we’re basing our wedding colour theme on green. We didnt want to pick a colour that was traditionally female or male and chose to stick to a neutral gender sensitive colour like green. I love how green comes in a billion different shades and can look really fresh and fruity. It also ties in really well with our garden outdoor wedding.
Anyways, I’d really like to have my wedding cupcakes in green and since I got a cupcake book for christmas, I’m going to experiment this evening and at any opportunity I find. I’ve bought green colouring. I’m not sure how to get the right colour green because I’d like a nice minty one so I think I’ll experiment with yellow icing or some other colours. Maybe I should ask my cousin about the colour pallette.
Anyways, I’ve been hunting for green cupcakes ( I know it sounds gross ) but you’ll be pleasantly suprised! I was amazed at how versatile green is and how it goes so well with yellows, whites, pinks and even oranges. Check them out!!!
