Now that my wedding is over, I know I’ve neglected this blog a little. But recently, my best friend Linda got engaged in the US and I now have the energy and enthusiasm to do some wedding planning. I bombarded her with a million questions when she first broke the news - When do you plan to get married? Where? Do you know what type of ceremony you want to do? She laughed at my over-enthusiasm. She hasnt figured out all the decisions yet. She may do a legal ceremony and then a wedding ceremony a year later like us. This way, the pressure to plan a grand wedding off this year - although she did want the date 10-10-2010! I think this is a sensible and more relaxed approach.

When Linda told me that she would love a Tiffany Blue wedding, I squealed in delight. I really love the Tiffany Blue colour and my fiance persuaded me on a green theme. Linda prefers Tiffany (or acqua as it is otherwise know) blue and a light creamy yellow. I think the colours would be really soft and beautiful. She said her fiance loves red. We both rolled our eyes and said YUCK at the thought of Tiffany Blue and Red but the photos of this bride’s wedding has made me think again:
