If you’ve read this wedding blog more than once, then you’ll probably figure out that Im a pretty big cupcake fanatic. I was up last night at 2 in the morning baking 32 of these little babies for my birthday party… and of course when I am waiting for the little ones to bake, I found myself googling wedding cupcakes…. to find another innovative way to make wedding cupcakes… or cupcakes for any occasion for a cupcaholic like me!

Here is a way to tier cupcakes on top of cupcakes. Remember NOT to go top heavy. You can get those Petit Four cupcake cases for the small cupcakes - available in all supermarkets.

Arent these cupcakes quite delicate looking like a flower? I saw a Youtube video where a chef taught how to make it… she called it cupcake bonquet and she gives good tips and also a recipe for buttercream icing…Obviously as a professional she made it look easypeasy but I would need a million practices (and would probably gain 100 pounds from eating all my mistakes) Here is the video anyways:
