OK so what is the best thing to be released after the Tiffany Novo?

Ultimate bridal gown designer Vera Wang announced on the Oprah Winfrey Show that she is to launch an affordable bridal gown range at David’s Bridal in 2011. Oprah suprised 50 brides to be and said they would be lucky recipients of these dresses! Vera Wang’s collection will be called the White Collection and all the dresses will range from $600 (£385) to $1,400 (£900) for brides on a budget. Also, Vera Wang will be releasing bridesmaids dresses (hint to my best friend who is selecting my bridesmaid dress!)

These dresses look so luxurious, they actually look like they are from Vera Wang’s other collections. Wang’s Luxe Collection has dresses ranging from $6,000 to $12,000 and upwards (I remember the £7,500 gorgeous mermaid dress I saw at Vera Wang at Selfridges two years ago!) However, most of her dresses range from $2,000 to $7,000 (including the ‘three roses’ dress that I absolutely adore – below.

Apparently, Vera Wang started designing wedding dresses over 20 years ago in preparation for her own wedding when she was frustrated with the princess designs on offer. Vera designed Anne Hathaway and Kate Hudson’s wedding dresses for their movie ‘Bridal Wars’. I think Kate Hudson’s dress is just stunning!
