After much deliberation and encouragement from the maid of honour, we actually did pul off a Fresh Prince of Bel-Air inspired rap for my best friend’s wedding last week.

As a condition of gaining Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) in the UK (which you are eligible for after two years of marriage to a British citizen), I have to pass a ‘LIfe in the UK Test’. I first fell in love with tulle for weddings in a Martha Stewart wedding book where there is a striking image of the bride’s tulle veil and some potted plants.
On holiday in America, in Walmart of all places, I stumbled upon some tulle in rolls for sale. They would make the most perfect wedding decorations on a budget!
